Teen/Tween Social Group Yoga

Looking for a program that will keep your teen/tween physically active, socially involved and stimulate their brain this summer? YogaSprouts is the place! Yoga classes teach critical life skills such as focus, self-regulation, fitness and communication. Following the FREE initial consultation, Angela will place students in small groups that best fit their age and developmental level.

Classes will be approximately 45 minutes. Each class will contain the components of a complete yoga practice:  breathing exercises, yoga poses and a cool-down/calming portion, as well as a socialization component- working on a range of social communication skills from group and partner poses to giving and receiving verbal feedback to leading poses and more!
